Contract to Settlement

  1. Promptly present offers at your convenience
  2. Facilitate the evaluation of each contract’s merits, contingencies, and potential weaknesses
  3. Follow up with purchaser’s lender to insure feasibility
  4.  Complete seller’s net sheet to determine your proceeds
  5. Track and ensure contingencies and deadlines are satisfied
  6. Coordinate and attend inspections
  7. Communicate regularly with buyer’s agent
  8. Schedule and attend the final walk-through before settlement
  9. Order sign removal, remove lockbox, brochures and staging props
  10. Attend settlement!
